Where we ship
DriveStow currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $8.00 USD per order.
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $70.00 USD or more after discounts, before taxes.

Your final shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery
DriveStow products are fulfilled through our supply partners. Some products may ship from outside the United States.

Processing and delivery times depend on the product, warehouse availability, destination, carrier, weekends, holidays, customs processing, and other factors.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless one is specifically stated for your order.

Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Multiple packages
Products in the same order may sometimes arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount accepted at checkout.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may not be able to change an address after fulfillment has started.

Delayed or missing packages
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If we cannot ship your order within a promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe was provided, we will contact you about a revised delivery date or cancel and refund the affected unshipped item.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
